Triceratops and Therizinosaurus
Tyrannosaurus Rex and Velociraptor are probably the best known carnivorous dinosaurs of all time. One was huge, the other pretty small. But both were extremely dangerous.
Triceratops and Therizinosaurus:
Triceratops and Therezinosaurus were two impressive dinosaurs. Despite their dangerous looks, both were only herbivores. However, both were quite defensive.
The very apt name Triceratops means three-horn skull; the head of this mighty dinosaur had three horns and a huge neck shield. All this probably served to defend against attacks. The Therizinosaurus impressed with his enormous, sickle-like claws, which he probably used to defend himself, not to hunt, for he was an herbivore.
Therizinosaurus never had to use its gigantic claws against Triceratops: neither of them was carnivorous and they lived in different periods.
