Shipping & Delivery Information
We will despatch your order on the next working day or if paid for on Friday, we will despatch it on Monday.
Delivery of most UK orders is approximately 3-5 working days. Delivery applies to working days only (Monday to Friday) and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. Delivery charges for the UK are:
- Order value £0.01 to £9.99: Postal charge £3.50
- Order value £10.00 to £24.99: Postal charge £4.75
- Order value £25.00 to £49.99: Postal charge £6.50
- Order value £50.00 to £89.99: Postal charge £7.95
- Order value £90.00 plus: Postal charge FREE
Our couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order. We cannot guarantee our delivery times, any dates we specify will be approximate only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses caused by any delay of delivery of the goods. If you haven’t received your order within 6 working days from the day it was despatched please contact us.
Delivery European Union:
European Union countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Potugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Delivery charges for European Union countries are:
- Order value £0.01 to £9.99: Postal charge £7.65
- Order value £10.00 to £24.99: Postal charge £11.75
- Order value £25.00 to £49.99: Postal charge £15.75
- Order value £50.00 to £74.99: Postal charge £18.50
- Order value £75.00 to £99.99: Postal charge £26.00
- Order value £100.00 to £149.99: Postal charge £37.75
All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail. This is a tracked and signed for delivery service which takes approximately 5 working days.
Delivery outside UK and European Union:
We will ship orders to anywhere in the world. Please email your order requirements and we will confirm delivery cost - email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the order we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned by you in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Returns: You must contact us for authorisation code before returning any goods.
New items: We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. There will be a re-stocking fee of £9.99 on each unwanted order sent back to us after the 7 day returns period. We offer returns for new items within 28 days from the day it was delivered.
Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a full refund will be offered. If you have paid extra for next day delivery or next day AM delivery this will not be refunded. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse.
Guarantee: We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended.
Damaged items: In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time (30 days from purchase) please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer. The guarantee does not cover the costs of sending your defective product for assessment and replacement. All such costs will be borne by the purchaser/sender.
Free Delivery: Free Delivery will be entitled to a customer when the purchase is over £50 (for UK only).
