Description

The toe claws of Tyrannosaurus were gently curved. In life they were much bigger than the fossil remains for they were covered with a sheath of horn or nail. They were used for traction, fighting and for grasping dead prey whilst the animal fed.This fine highly detailed replica sculpture comes in a display box with a build in easel and wall hook for easy display. An information card is included in the display box. The specimen can be removed for close study and examination.
